Founder and Therapist
Hello, I am glad you are here! My name is Laura Fessenbecker, and I built this practice to be a steady, reliable space where you can focus on healing at your own pace. My goal is to offer a grounded environment where you feel heard and supported.
My clinical approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and somatic interventions to address trauma at its core. Whether you are navigating PTSD, life stressors, or seeking an LGBTQ+ and/or neurodiversity affirming space, I prioritize mind-body healing to help you reclaim your sense of self and safety.
