Payments & Billing
Fees are due at the time of service. We are a self-pay practice and happily accept all major credit or debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. Although we do not process insurance directly, we provide superbills for out-of-network claims, though reimbursement is never guaranteed. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available; please reach out to learn more.
